Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, sales are generally final. However, we want you to succeed with what you buy.

14-day refund guarantee

If you cannot get the product running within 14 days of purchase, contact us at loveai@mail.grokbot.com. We will first try to help you set it up. If you still cannot get it working after a reasonable support attempt, we will issue a full refund.

How to request

Email loveai@mail.grokbot.com with your order number and a short description of the problem. Refunds are processed through the original payment provider (Paddle or Gumroad) to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Not covered

• Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
• Issues caused only by third-party service costs, account limits or changes outside our control, where the product itself works as described.
• Evidence of copying or redistributing the files.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have.
