These Terms govern your use of this website and purchases of digital products from Jaygle Studio, an individual business based in China ("we", "us"). By using the site or buying a product you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

We sell digital downloads: n8n automation templates, AI prompt packs, and Excel/Notion calculators, typically priced $10–$29 USD. Products are delivered electronically immediately after payment. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Payments

Checkout is handled by our authorized resellers / payment providers (such as Paddle or Gumroad). Paddle.com acts as Merchant of Record for orders placed through Paddle and handles payment, billing and applicable sales taxes. Prices are shown in USD; taxes may be added at checkout.

3. License

On purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own personal or business purposes. You may modify it for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or share the product files or publish them as your own.

4. Free tools

The free calculators on this site are provided "as is" for informational purposes. Calculations run in your browser. Verify results before making business decisions.

5. Third-party services

Templates may rely on third-party services (e.g. n8n, Shopify, Google, OpenAI). You are responsible for your accounts, API keys and any fees charged by those services.

7. Disclaimer & liability

Products are provided without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

We may update these Terms; the date above shows the latest version.
